This project is set to break ground after April 2021. The Lakeview Village project was already awarded Best New Community (Planned/Under Development) at the 39th annual BILD Awards.
The project will be developed on the site of the decommissioned Lakeview coal-fired power plant, creating a model for sustainable mixed-use development.
The 177-acre project will include thousands of residential units, from mid-rise to taller buildings, up to 9,000 long term new job opportunities, more than 800,000 square feet of employment space, over 100,000 square feet of retail space, economically sustainable and it will have activities for all 4 seasons!
